The International Police Commission, a member of the United Nations – Economic and Social Council (UN - ECOSOC) under UN – Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA), a duly registered international non-profit, non-sectarian, peacekeeping and social development paramilitary organization base in the State of California, United States of America with extension commands in member nations of the U.N. such as the Philippines.


The International Police Commission – Philippine Command (IPC-PHILCOM) is currently spearhead by its Commanding General, General Robert S. Biazon, IPC and consist of members, a force of 75,000 strong men and woman nationwide, from various professional line such as businessmen, doctors, engineers, architects, lawyers, retired and active peace officers of the law, soldiers and veterans and other professionals who stand for peace, justice, liberty and democracy.


The primary mission of the International Police Commission (IPC) is to become distinct organization committed to support the global law enforcement in efforts to prevent and resolve crime against humanity, promote economic and social well-being , sustain security operation and assist international and local agencies in their campaign against criminal syndicates and terrorist organizations involving the supreme citizens power under the constitution of all nation to ensure equity of justice, freedom and democracy.


Furthermore, we also conducted socio-civic activities like medical mission, medical consultation, clean-up drive, anti-dengue campaign, tree-planting operation, livelihood program, scholarship program and feeding programs these programs and activities held in different area, cities, provinces, regions all over our satellite commands in the globe.


More so, we had been created the IPC – India Command to further continue our general mandate in reaching the mankind. We appointed and designated HE Ambassador Maj. Gen. Arvind Kumar Sharma, IPC – India Command.


We the officers and members of IPC – PHILCOM have come to ministerial decision to further our cause by providing additional health assistance and services aside from providing intelligence report and law enforcement assistance within our satellite command all over the globe and to render our community service as part of our noble mission to serve our fellow countrymen in;
