TO: ALL SATELLITE COMMANDS OF IPC-PHILCOM AND TO ALL OUR SATELLITE COMMANDS AROUND THE GLOBE.

This is with regards to the approved aliases and/or abbreviations pertaining to the International Police Commission and the International Police Commission - Philippine Command.

More so, to avoid misrepresentations, distortions and misleading the general public by identifying the group that they are a legitimate member and officers of International Police Commission and doing Police Function carrying unauthorized gun without licenses and arresting, investigate and engaged in organized illegal activities under disguise and with a scheme of assisting the duly constituted authorities in the attainment of peace and order and enforcement of law.

Moreover, it is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use the aliases or abbreviations "INTERPOL" , "INTERPOLCOM" , INTERPOLCOMM" as such pertains to is generally associated with and is a marquee of the International Criminal Police Organization, more commonly known as "INTERPOL" an International organization based in Lyon, France , as also agreed upon by the Board of Directors of the IPC - U.S.A with the International Criminal Police Organization, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Civil Division of the Department of Justice of the United States of America based in Washington D.C., which the International Police Commission - Philippine Command recognizes and strictly upholds.

Furthermore, any person, official, officer, agent, personnel or member found to be using such prohibited aliases or abbreviations or is established to be misleading the general public by the usage of such shall be given corresponding administrative sanctions by any command of the International Police Commission, and can be subject to arrest and legal proceedings by any law enforcement agency, both local and abroad.
